建立免費 Meta Business Manager 帳戶

Meta Business Manager is a free tool that lets you officially register your WhatsApp number for business use. You don't need a company — a personal name is fine.

Meta Business Manager 是免費工具，讓你正式登記 WhatsApp 號碼用於業務。不需要公司名稱，個人名義即可。

• Go to business.facebook.com and click "Create Account"

  前往 business.facebook.com，點擊「建立帳戶」

• Use your personal Facebook account to log in (or create one free)

  用個人 Facebook 帳號登入（或免費建立一個）

• Enter your name and a business email address

  輸入你的姓名和業務電郵

• Business name: your own name or trading name works fine (e.g. "Kelly Nails" or "Kelly Chan")

  業務名稱：用自己名字或別稱均可（例如「Kelly 美甲」或「陳小姐美甲」）

驗證你的 Meta 業務帳戶

Meta will ask you to verify your identity. This usually takes 1–2 business days and is done entirely online.

Meta 會要求驗證你的身份，通常需要 1–2 個工作天，全程網上完成。

• Inside Business Manager, go to Settings → Security Centre → Start Verification

  在 Business Manager 內，前往 設定 → 安全中心 → 開始驗證

• Upload a photo of your HKID (both sides) or passport

• You may receive a phone call or SMS from Meta with a code

在 Business Manager 新增 WhatsApp

Now you link your new SIM number to your Business Manager account as a WhatsApp Business number.

現在將你的新 SIM 號碼連結到 Business Manager 帳戶，作為 WhatsApp Business 號碼。

• In Business Manager, go to Settings → WhatsApp Accounts → Add

  在 Business Manager，前往 設定 → WhatsApp 帳戶 → 新增

• Enter your new SIM number (include +852)

  輸入新 SIM 號碼（包含 +852）

• Meta will SMS or call that number with a 6-digit code

  Meta 會向該號碼發短訊或致電，提供 6 位驗證碼

• Put your new SIM in a phone to receive the code, then enter it

  將新 SIM 放入手機接收驗證碼，然後輸入

找到你的 WABA ID 和電話號碼 ID

These two IDs are what PingHand needs to connect to your number. They're in Meta's Developer Console.

這兩個 ID 是 PingHand 連接你號碼所需的資料，可在 Meta 開發者控制台找到。

• Go to developers.facebook.com and log in with your Facebook account

  前往 developers.facebook.com，用 Facebook 帳號登入

• Click "My Apps" → create a new app, choose "Business" type

  點擊「我的應用程式」→ 建立新應用程式，選擇「業務」類型

• Add the "WhatsApp" product to your app

  在應用程式中新增「WhatsApp」產品

• In the left menu: WhatsApp → API Setup

  左側選單：WhatsApp → API 設定

• You will see "WhatsApp Business Account ID" — this is your WABA ID

  你會看到「WhatsApp Business Account ID」—— 這是你的 WABA ID

• Below that: "Phone number ID" — copy this too

  下方是「Phone number ID」—— 也複製這個
